A consultancy built around applied scientific innovation.
EQUIS Strategy works with founders, brand leaders and innovation teams who are committed to the science behind their product, and determined to turn it into a real commercial outcome.
We work at the intersection of product, evidence, claims, funding and market strategy, the point where many applied scientific innovations need more structure to move forward.
Our clients are usually beyond the question of whether the science works. Their challenge is turning that potential into something credible enough to fund, launch and scale.
EQUIS Strategy helps teams build that bridge with structure, candour and an applied perspective: clarifying the evidence, sharpening the narrative and shaping a stronger path toward market readiness.
We start from the data, the studies, the regulatory reality, not from a pitch deck.
Our outputs are decisions, roadmaps and assets you can act on the next morning.
No theatre. Sharp thinking, careful writing, and respect for your time.
We work like an embedded strategy partner, not an agency on retainer.

Working at the intersection of innovation strategy, EU funding, regulatory affairs, and scientific research, Maria-Eleni combines scientific expertise with strategic thinking to transform complex ideas into credible, fundable, and development-ready opportunities. Her work focuses on strengthening scientific evidence, shaping robust project foundations, and supporting informed decisions from concept through to implementation.
She holds a PhD in Chemistry (University of Edinburgh, 2023), an MSc in Medicinal and Pharmaceutical Chemistry (University of Edinburgh, 2018) and a BSc in Biochemistry (University of Dundee, 2017), with research experience at the University of Edinburgh, the University of Barcelona and the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, alongside consulting work in EU funding and grant strategy and cosmetics regulatory affairs.

With a strong background in strategic marketing and product strategy, especially within the healthcare sector, Sonia brings experience in structuring, positioning, and launching complex, research-driven innovation.
Her Master in Marketing and Strategy at Paris-Dauphine University, specialising in brand management and marketing studies, included a university exchange at Universidad de Chile. She has worked in international marketing, brand management, product development, consumer research and go-to-market strategy with HIFAS DA TERRA and Laboratoires Juva Santé, and as a founder and consultant through Aliad Marketing.
The focus is on bridging scientific and business thinking to help projects define clear strategies and prepare for funding, partnerships, and market engagement.
